Guidasha · Integration

Hypnotherapy,
one pattern at a time.

Guidasha uses guided hypnotherapy to focus on one recurring pattern and the moment its familiar response begins.

The method draws on established hypnotherapeutic techniques, including progressive relaxation, imagery rescripting, permissive suggestion, and future pacing. The structure is deliberate; the experience remains specific to the listener.

01 · Hypnosis

A state of absorbed attention.

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention in which suggestion can feel more vivid and relevant. It is usually experienced as absorbed, inwardly focused, and physically settled—not asleep or unaware.

Guidasha sessions allow time for attention to settle before introducing the pattern. The listener remains aware and in control throughout, and can stop at any point.

02 · The method

How a session is structured.

The sequence adapts established hypnotherapy practice for self-guided audio focused on recurring responses in everyday life.

01 · Settle

Progressive induction

Attention moves gradually through the body, followed by a measured countdown. The aim is an absorbed, inwardly focused, physically settled state.

02 · Rehearse

Imagery rescripting

An ordinary, recent example is brought to mind. The session focuses on the point where the familiar reaction begins and rehearses a different response within that moment.

03 · Carry forward

Future pacing

The different response is then rehearsed in an upcoming situation, connecting what happened in the session with a moment outside it.

Permissive suggestion and attention to physical sensation run through the session without prescribing what the listener must feel. The techniques described here have established clinical and research histories; Guidasha adapts them for everyday patterns in a recorded format. Curated and personalized sessions.

Integration offers a curated library for common recurring responses, alongside personalized sessions shaped around a particular situation, response, or need.

Curated

Recurring patterns in everyday life.

The curated library addresses responses that appear across personalities and situations. Patterns are organized by Enneagram type, and you can choose patterns from any type.

Personalized

A particular situation or response.

Personalized sessions begin with something the person wants to understand or change. AI helps shape each session around the details provided.

Guidasha provides self-guided audio for personal growth. It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Sessions should be used only when it is safe to give them full attention.

Discovery and Integration

A starting point, followed by practice.

The Enneagram can provide a starting point for seeing a pattern. Hypnotherapy sessions provide a way to work on shifting it. A personalized session can also begin with something identified outside Discovery.
